According to a press release to-day, Dominique Desseigne, President of the Surveillance Council of the Lucien Barriere group will propose the nominations of Christian Meunier and Jacky Sticker, both members of the Direction and directors general of operations, as co-presidents of the Direction.
This decision follows the announcement of the departure of Sven Boinet who resigned from his post as President of the Direction of the Lucien Barriere group to take up a new professional career from the 31 of October 2009.

This press release also points out that Dominique Desseigne, President of the Surveillance Council, along with all the shareholders wished to thank Sven Boinet for the work carried out with them over five years which consolidated the group's position as a leader in all of its domains in France and in Switzerland and for forming a performing and versatile organisation.
